Your Role:
We need your help connecting families ready to receive autism therapy services with the right therapist to best meet their child’s needs.
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- Excellent computer skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and online programs
- Knowledge of autism and ABA
- Great organizational skills
- The ability to work independently but also seek advice or support when needed
- A cheerful and respectful way of talking on the phone
This job is on-site! You’ll be working full-time at our Silver Spring, MD office alongside a motivated team of staffing professionals.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing cases and staff members to ensure coverage for all cases
- Staffing and onboarding
- Interviewing and hiring new applicants
- Providing staffing and restaffing assistance
- Coordinating within the company to ensure task completion
- Staffing cases according to onboarded staff
- Troubleshooting, organization, and problem solving
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16 – $20 an hour
Job Requirements: You must have a minimum of one full year of office administration experience or Human Resources related experience and some experience in the autism field with ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis).
