Job Description

ADF is looking for a Director of Product Management to guide the product development and strategy for ADF’s products. In this role, you will lead our 10 member product management team. You would be responsible for product planning and execution all through the lifecycle of the business which is inclusive of gathering and prioritizing requirements for the product, defining the vision for the product, and collaborating with other leaders from the product design, engineering, marketing, and analytics to ensure that the financial and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Key responsibilities:

• Define the long-term strategy and vision for the product to deliver features to our customers
• Drive requirement definition, product roadmap and prioritization
• Define and own the business metrics and OKRs for our products
• Ability to translate complex processes into technical requirements while also managing delivery and operations
• Work with the Product Leadership to prioritize problems or themes to reach the outcomes
• Define the outcome for sprints and releases and prioritizes the initiatives for the scrum teams
• Work with the cross-functional team to build a product that meets the expected outcomes and market needs
• Leverage analytics to understand the implications of product feature changes, learn and iterate
• Build a world-class team of Product managers by mentoring team members for success in the PM role, reviewing their work, and evaluating employee performance

Qualifications

• 8 years in software product management with a consistent record of timely and quality delivery of software products, 4 years of direct people management experience
• Experience leading product teams establishing product roadmaps and ensuring teams deliver on key achievements
• High bias for action with demonstrable history of identifying and resolving cross-project interdependencies
• Ability to juggle several initiatives and shift priorities as needed
• Experience in fintech industry preferred. Also, US market experience will be a positive
