JOB SUMMARY
As a Technical Recruiter at Applied, you will be responsible for finding the next generation of engineering talent to join our team of employee owners! The Technical Recruiter is responsible for sourcing candidates through Applied’s many channels including website/job board postings, internship programs, career fairs, referral programs, and other methods. In addition, this role will be responsible for growing Applied’s proactive recruiting channels by using social media, email, telephone, and other channels to market directly to potential candidates and to develop an extensive professional network for sourcing new talent. As the industry and market change, the Technical Recruiter is also responsible for adapting Applied’s recruiting methods to adapt to the hiring market. Additional duties include working closely with the rest of the Professional Services team, screening candidates, managing the candidate pool, communicating proactively with candidates, and recommending candidates for hire.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field desired
- Work experience in product development, manufacturing, test, software development, or related fields desired
- Previous experience in recruiting, business development, or customer service desired
