Position Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to phone and email requests for access related assistance and log the request in a Help Desk management system.
- Assist the team members in determining what training and access is required for their needs.
- Forward non-access related tickets to the Service Desk Team after analyzing the potential issue.
- Address access-related requests from internal customers by evaluating and addressing Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflict as required.
- Run daily system access reports from the Learning Management System (LMS) and notify the Security team to grant access.
- Enroll Team Members in Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing (SAP) related courses and quizzes, and file Team Member Training Records.
- Remove access based on management responses from the Critical Role Report.
- Create Software Change Requests related to role and t-code creation and updates.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Applied Learning and Business Analysis team to coordinate the release of new training modules requiring SAP access.
- Continued learning about information systems.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed.
- Work closely with various team members within the Corporate IT, Corporate Applications team, along with key representatives from internal departments.
Position Requirements
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize, prioritize the daily work load; able to shift responsibilities/priorities as needed.
- Must be detail oriented and have effective follow-up skills to complete tasks accurately and timely.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (including Excel), Windows, and Microsoft Edge.
- Proficiency with SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) is preferred.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of SoD Risk Analysis.
