Job Description:
The Records Management Clerk is responsible for electronically archiving records pertaining to all training conducted, as well as other records required by the Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP).
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and scan documents with optical scanner into archive databases
- Identify missing or incomplete documents, and retrieve as needed
- Assist with archive record tracking system
- Participate in the rotation of In-Processing and Graduations as needed
- Collect and transport hard copies of student documents from other buildings
- Complete data entry into the CDP Training Administration System (CTAS) for all training programs, and maintain files generated for all training programs
- Generate data reports compiled by the CTAS
- Package and transport documents to Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP) vault records as completed
- Other duties as assigned
Educational Requirement: High School or GED equivalent required

Required Experience:
Requirement Knowledge:
- High school graduate or GED equivalent required
- Working knowledge and experience in computer software applications to include word processing, database, and spreadsheet (i.e., Word, Excel, and Access)
- Must possess and exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must work occasional weekends and flexible hours if needed
