As part of the product team development strategy, we are looking for a Backend developer in the development team. Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesCreate the social media strategy to drive brand momentum and engagement across accounting ecosystems and communities.Create and share engaging daily content, including thought-leadership copy, images, and videos that promote the ApprovalMax brand.Ensure the social media strategy aligns with company goals and values.Measure the success of social media campaigns using KPIs.Stay on top of current social media trends and evaluate how the company can best participate.Monitor platform engagement and interact with users across social media posts each day.Moderate user-generated content.Collaborate with advocates and other business departments to ensure content is informative and appealing.Create social media editorial calendars and content schedulesQualificationsExperience/RequirementsProven experience and success in a marketing or social media related role using LinkedIn, FaceBook, X, YouTube, HubSpot, HootSuite, or similar social media management tools.Must have Marketing and copywriting experience.A tertiary qualification in Marketing, or a background in accounting would be an added bonus.Demonstrate an understanding of sound social media strategies to increase followers and platform engagement.Strong creative mindset.Great attention to detail and strong planning and execution of agreed plans.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, and ability to prove what is, or isn’t workingKnowledge of multiple online marketing channels.Additional Information What we offer:Regular performance-based compensation reviews;100% paid 20 business vacation days;100% paid 10 sick leave days;Flexible hours;Remote work;Health & Wellness program - a bonus payment, which will cover 50% up to a total of 500 Euro annually of the amount spent on the following activities: medical services (except regular health insurance), fitness, sports activities (excluding sports equipment), stress management, body massage, weight management, yoga, traveling, etc.Reimbursement of co-working space;Reimbursement of professional development courses;Service years recognition financial reward;Parental leave support.
