Oracle EBS Techno functional

• Provide functional Oracle R12 EBS application support to internal business customers in the areas of OTC and Revenue Recognition including Oracle R12 Service Contracts, Accounts Receivables plus related customizations, extensions, and inbound/outbound interfaces to boundary systems.
• Minimum 12 yrs of experience in Oracle EBS finance, SCM and CRM applications
• Support the Order to Cash processes in a Social Media Order capture/booking & fulfillment business model with integrations to Oracle ERP.
• Support integrations between Oracle EBS and other application platforms (Salesforce, service provisioning tools etc).
• Conduct CRP and UAT testing with business users. Collaborate with BPA on test plan and test scripts, and work closely with BPOs/BPAs to address any functional issues.
• Work in a onsite-offshore model
• Create dashboards out of ticketing systems and make presentable summaries for executive management
• Work in a multi-stakeholder environment engaging different teams outside of business applications to arrive at solutions for the issues encountered in Production.
• Keep focus on continuous improvement through automation of manual tasks and innovative solutions that reduce manual efforts for repetitive tasks
• Ability to explain technical scenarios to Business teams in a functional manner

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Information Systems, Computer Science or Accounting).
• 8-10 years of Enterprise Software Implementation and Integration experience that includes Architecture, Analysis, Design and Development Oracle Applications.
• 5-10 years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Preferably 2 years in Release 12).
• 3 years of Oracle applications support in Order to Cash and Billing. Must have experience in Oracle R12 EBS specifically in Order to Cash (OTC), Service contracts, Accounts Receivables (AR), Revenue Recognition with experience in social media order capture, billing and revenue accounting.
• Hands-on experience with month end & quarter end close process
• Experience with relational database systems, especially Oracle 11g & Exadata.
• Proficiency in SQL Plus, PL/SQL, Reports 10g, Forms 10g, Discoverer Reports, XML Publisher, SQL Loader, and LINUX scripting.
• Experience working with Toad, and some Enterprise reporting solutions.
• Experience with performance tuning of applications using built-in Oracle utilities like Explain Plan and TK-Prof and used Optimizer hints and Bulk Binding techniques where needed.
