JOB DESCRIPTION
· Desk side support for Installing & L2 level troubleshooting of Operating Systems
· Smart hand support for iPhone, iPad
· Able to Install Software available in environment
· Knowledge to troubleshooting user VPN
· Knowledge of ITSM Tool ServiceNOW
· Knowledge of IMAC Process, Understand End User SLA
· Good Coordination Skill
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer support: 1 year (Preferred)
