Job Posting for QC Technician at Aprés Nail

We are seeking a talented and experienced QC Technician to join our team at a rapidly growing cosmetics company in the City of Industry.

Requirements:

  • 1 year manufacturing
  • 1 year quality control
  • Knowledge of Nail Products (Preferred)
  • Mandarin or Cantonese (Preferred)
  • High school
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities:

  • Test sample products for length, thickness, stickiness, color, etc.
  • Report any quality problems to Manager and take appropriate actions.
  • Keep record of all deviations and complete QC report.
  • Organize retention samples.
  • Inspect incoming raw material, components, and finish goods according to work instructions.
  • Take samples to test according to AQL and the company’s standards.
  • Performing internal QC process in the production area.
  • Performing a final inspection of outgoing materials.
  • Report any quality problems to Manager and take appropriate actions.
  • Complete documents such as QC report and checklist.
  • Organize retention samples.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

  • Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Quality Control Inspectors: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Day Shift (Preferred)
