The Maintenance Person needs to have excellent communication skills, be a self-starter and have a friendly/positive outlook. This is a fast paced community where you will never be bored. You must be able to multi task. It is important that you represent the community in a friendly, welcoming and professional way.
Repair and maintenance duties include:
- Fence repairs
- Irrigation/sprinkler repairs
- Street sign replacement and repairs
- Minor Landscaping projects
- Furniture/office assembly
- Furnace filters/adjustment
- Restock supplies
- Change lightbulbs
- Park equipment maintenance
- Pressure washing
- Minor plumbing/leaks/etc.
- Clean fountain filters
- Other general maintenance
Skills
- Experience in indoor and outdoor maintenance is required.
- Basic knowledge of sprinkler systems, adjustments and repairs is a plus.
- Must be organized and keep a clean work area.
- Must be willing to learn a simple work order system, take pictures and upload with a tablet. (Training and tablet provided)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
