The Inventory Analyst will be responsible for inventory system accuracy within the Distribution Center in Poynette, WI as well as communications with and reporting for 3rd Party Warehouse locations. The Inventory Analyst is an integral position in ensuring that the Research Products controls processes and assets efficiently and accurately while supporting internal and external customers.

Responsibilities include:
Cycle Count Program leadership including completing counts for Poynette and reporting on outside warehouse locations (BCP, 3PL).
Inventory review and reconciliation between ERP/WMS/Carousel for inaccurate inventory levels and transactions
Complete and review inventory replenishments, inventory transfers on/off site (X to 2, To/From BCP)
Amazon Process Owner for Distribution & Transportation team – inventory review, order entry within Amazon Vendor Central/BCP portals, shipment support and completion of Advance Shipping Notice (ASN’s)
Support organization to address and resolve CAR, CCAR, NCC, RGA/RMA transactions to improve shipping efficiency and customer satisfaction. Includes quarantining suspect inventory physically/systematically at Poynette and/or outside warehouse locations.
Assist internal and external business partners on questions relating to orders, inventory, and systems (ERP, WMS) including investigations regarding hold/off-hold items, returns and rework.
Coordinate cycle count reporting and requirements, including year-end, with Finance.
Establish an automated cycle counting program leveraging technology (e.g. drones) to improve today’s cycle counting speed, occurrences, and accuracy.
Serve as the backup to the shipping office for WMS shipping procedures
Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 2-3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
Knowledge or desire in developing an expertise of WMS/ERP systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, accurate and detail oriented
Inquisitive, willing to dig deeper into an issue or problem by not accepting the first roadblock.
Ability to meet deadlines, organize tasks, and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
Desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
