Data Analyst

Seeking a two Data Analysts for two projects that include customer engagement and data analysis and scheduling, advisory roles, and vendor progress monitoring.

You will:

• Gather and analyze data to ensure that performance metrics, goals, and organizational initiatives are achieved.
• Provide analytical data support
• Handle customer responses, surveys, and data analysis related to customer engagement.
• Manage scheduling tasks, addressing challenges with the Abora system, and monitoring vendor progress and productivity.
• Create business tools enabling efficiencies by streamlining manual processes through automation.
• Provide customer escalation support by demonstrating negotiation skills for mitigation of vegetation compliance.
• Partner with Business Readiness on the deployment of operational analytics, tools, and processes that support pre-established corporate-level performance goals.
• Support efforts in the implementation of compliance, benchmarking, continuous improvement, and other efforts.
• Develop and assist with the creation and delivery of presentations to various levels of management

Pay: $39.58/hour W2

Start: Early May
Duration: 11 months (40 hours per week)
Location: Pomona, CA (Hybrid – onsite one day per week/Wednesdays)

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of data analysis experience
• Strong background with analysis and working with dashboards
• Technical skills required for the role include data analysis, dashboard building, and familiarity with tools like Power BI, Abora, SAP, Survey 123, and Fulcrum.
• Experience working with large datasets; Comfort with pulling data from multiple sources and handling large datasets
• Advanced experience in data analysis including performance metrics, customer service metrics, goals, and organizational initiatives.
• Experience with streamlining manual processes through automation.
• Skilled experience in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong background in data analysis, dashboard building, and familiarity with the mentioned tools are preferred.
• Experience in scheduling, project management, and advisory roles are desired.
