Job Description:
6 Years of experience in managing API services management, API Service documentation, Define Service specification, Manage samples in Sandbox, Stakeholder communication, Develop tools for defining service specification and documentation, Customer Support, co-ordinating with product owners and API development team
Responsibilities:
API Service Management:Oversee the end-to-end management of API services, ensuring their availability, reliability, and performance.Define and enforce best practices for API service governance.
API Service Documentation:Develop and maintain comprehensive API service documentation, including API specifications, data models, and usage guidelines.Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Service Specification:Define service specifications, outlining API functionality, endpoints, request/response structures, and authentication mechanisms.Collaborate with product owners and development teams to align service specifications with business requirements.
Sandbox Management:Manage API service samples in the sandbox environment for testing and development purposes.Facilitate the creation and maintenance of a realistic and effective testing environment.
Stakeholder Communication:Act as a liaison between stakeholders, including product owners, development teams, and external partners.Communicate project updates, timelines, and any relevant information regarding API services.
Tool Development:Develop tools to streamline the process of defining service specifications and documentation.Implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency in API service management.
