Requirements:
5 years of BSA experience analyzing and documenting business requirements
Pharma & Commercial life science experience is Mandatory
Working Knowlegde of Agile, SAFe and Waterfall approaches
GXP- Knowledge and CSV validation background- Nice to have
Epic/use stories/ use cases development, organizational change management
Ability to work with Product Line Leads, Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Architects, Engineers, Developers, Quality Assurance, and User Experience Designers on scope, solutions, constraints, and risks.
Perform knowledge transfer to training and communication teams and support user deployment activities as needed.
Business Process modeling/re-engineering,
Ability to look above product and product line to see end to end impact and dependencies.
Demonstrated success handling initiatives of high complexity and risk
Demonstrated passion for driving your own self-development and motivation.
Ability to multitask, work in a fast paced role and required the art of agility, flexibility and time management.
Able to negotiate with multiple business stakeholders as well as with cross-functional teams
