Job Title: Corporate Business Analyst I
Responsibilities:
- Process daily work items within work management software, following established practices, including reconciliation of labor and material charges.
- Assist management and team members by adhering to well-defined practices and procedures.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace safety protocols.
- Conduct business research and collect data to compile detailed reports and summaries.
- Actively pursue learning opportunities to better understand company policies, processes, and systems.
- Deliver exceptional customer service (internal and external), ensuring prompt resolution of queries and issues.
- Develop strong professional relationships within the team and establish a professional network.
- Apply acquired education and experience to work tasks while continuing to enhance skill development and gain a deeper understanding of corporate policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field preferred, or up to 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
- Ability to use independent judgment on tasks and projects.
- A curious mindset with a strong drive to learn, achieve results, and build professional relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word) is essential.
- Knowledge of basic research techniques and data collection methods.
