Job Description
Role: Guidewire Billingcenter Technical roles
Location : Remote
Duration : Full Time
Must Have:
- 6-10 years Guidewire Experience with at least 4 recent years in BillingCenter.
- Strong GOSU, Java and Oracle/SQL background.
- Candidate must have a strong understanding of open systems architecture including integrations with vendor packages, relational databases, message queues, web services and legacy systems
- Working with a development team using Agile methodology, Source version control, and Release management to deliver user stories.
- Hands-on development expertise on Guidewire Billing Center 9 or above with configuration.
- Hands on experience in Guidewire Configuration and Integration.
- Utilizing technical experiences in Java/GOSU to build and maintain integrations for multi-platform applications.
- Experience with integrations of BC to PolicyCenter/ClaimCenter
- Should be able to effectively work with Offshore developers and guide/coach them as needed.
- Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Development experience on integrating BillingCenter integration with non-Guidewire applications.
- Ability to collaborate with peers and project teams on complex projects and issues progress and provide status reports to management.
- Performing minor and major Guidewire software upgrades
- Good To Have
- Experience with CI/CD, Concourse, Harness.
- Billing Center Guidewire Configuration certification preferred.
- Developing GUnit/Junit tests for testing business logic
- Basic understanding of KAFKA streaming.
