W2 Role: SAP HANA with ECC & PI Location: Charlotte, NC Duration: Long-term Interview: Virtual
Position Summary
Candidate must have experience in managing SAP applications built on different technology platforms and must ensure that the developed software meets Risk/Compliance requirements, and the solution can be integrated successfully into the overall application/system with clear, robust, and well-tested interfaces.
Resource must be adaptable to learn the applications end to end and support team members in the delivery/release events, e.g., branching timelines, issue triage, merge/conflict resolution, release notes. Must be an individual with polished collaboration, written, and communication skills and a proven track record interacting with various levels of management, lines of business and application teams to drive remediation of non-compliant policies.
Required Skills
B.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent preferred with at least 9 years of professional experience.
2-4 years of development experience in SAP Finance modules
Must have minimum 5 Years of experience in SAP ECC & PI Development.
Compliance and/or risk management experience
Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, fluid, and ever-changing work environment and able to facilitate changes as situation requires
Must be a quick study and self-starter
Ability to confidently use knowledge and experience while consulting with clients on the best ways to meet their needs
Strong problem resolution skills - proven ability to engage and interact with internal teams to resolve issues
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
Ability to be self-directed and work independently
