Are you in accounting but looking to make a switch? If that's you, we have a position providing software support for the financials module of an ERP software. We can train you in the software support aspect, but we need someone with an accounting background.
Work schedule: At least one day a week, you will need to work a later shift, such as 11-8. If you would rather work later in the day, you can work 11-8 each day.
Some of your key responsibilities will be:
Receiving customer issues via phone and email
Logging and managing open issues using our ticketing system. Currently Pivotal, but soon to be Salesforce.
Provide support for Ross ERP customers, with a primary focus on financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, and PA)
Troubleshoot and resolve application and data integrity issues.
Escalate issues when appropriate.
Work with other team members to provide great customer support.
Thoroughly document work in an organized manner.
Play an assisting role in large projects such as system upgrades and testing for Development/Quality Assurance.
