Job Overview:
Management of all phases of Leak Detection & Repair (LDAR) project activities that range from small to large in value and a variety of scopes that include operations/personnel management. Directs and prepares work plans, supervises project team, and manages project scope, budget, and schedule.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Functions as direct supervisor to a team of approximately 24 technical staff
- Works with multiple client representatives to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Represents the company to clients and maintains client relationship, often solving complex problems with innovative solutions. Oriented to winning long term relationships by building trust and value.
- Supervise, manage, and coordinate project activities.
- Maintain and complete technician monitoring schedules.
- Generate work requests and follow-up on LDAR maintenance repairs.
- Performs other daily operation and maintenance tasks of a routine nature.
- Assist with identifying and interviewing new hire candidates.
- Utilizes a combination of project management, technical, business management, and business development skills to develop and execute business with a targeted list of commercial, state, and local, or federal clients with goals for revenue, cash management, and direct margin, and achieving client satisfaction/repeat business.
- Responsible for oversight and all phases of planning and execution of projects of variable complexity, manpower requirements and /or contract value.
- Establishes and monitors project safety and quality programs.
- Duplicate Manages the performance of employees through goal setting, ongoing assessment, and coaching.
Basic Qualifications:
- Prefer associate degree and must have 5 years of relevant management experience or LDAR experience
- Manages professional employees and/or supervisors; may manage business support, technical or production staff.
- Has accountability for managing project staff.
- Provides technical guidance, mentoring, and scheduling to employees.
- Develops processes and procedures to implement functional strategies and communicates effectively.
- LDAR / Fugitive Emission Monitoring (Method 21) with TVA 1000B and calibration experience a plus but not required.
- Must have good oral and written communications skills.
- Will perform work in adverse weather conditions on the field (Work in hot/cold environments, inclement weather)
- Strong computer skills and ability to read and understand rules and regulations.
- Valid Driver's License

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
