We are looking for a full time General Office Clerk to join our team!
Schedule: 4/10 (Monday- Thursday 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM with Friday, Saturday, Sunday off)

We are looking for a sharp, brilliant, and aspiring intern to join our team as a Digital Media Marketing Assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a long term career.
- Answer phones and route or screen calls in a proficient manner
- Greet staff, clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner
- Process incoming and outgoing mail daily, including overnight documents/packages
- Order office supplies
- Data Entry, Copying, faxing, and filing.
- Word processing and managing spreadsheets
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum two years’ related experience or training
- Detail oriented with good time management, organizational, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
