What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Clerk position at APTIM?

We are looking for a full time General Office Clerk to join our team!

Schedule: 4/10 (Monday- Thursday 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM with Friday, Saturday, Sunday off)

We are looking for a sharp, brilliant, and aspiring intern to join our team as a Digital Media Marketing Assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a long term career.

  • Answer phones and route or screen calls in a proficient manner
  • Greet staff, clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail daily, including overnight documents/packages
  • Order office supplies
  • Data Entry, Copying, faxing, and filing.
  • Word processing and managing spreadsheets

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum two years’ related experience or training
  • Detail oriented with good time management, organizational, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

Ability to commute/relocate:

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Word, Outlook, Calendar, Excel: 2 years (Required)
  • Office/ Data Entry: 1 year (Required)
