Job Description
Position: System Administrator (Oracle Service Cloud)
Location: India (Remote)
The Oracle Admin will work as part of the Digital Process Improvement Team to deliver enhancements and updates into our Oracle Service Cloud (a.k.a. RightNow or B2C Service) implementation across our Customer Care lines of business that includes interactions with customers, store associates and delivery drivers.
- 2 years of implementation and support experience with Oracle Service Cloud systems, gained either through education or work experience.
- Oracle Service Cloud configuration experience, building and maintaining Workspaces, Workflows, and Business Rules.
- Working experience in Agent Scripting, Knowledge Base Management, Rules, UI Customization, Analytics, Custom Objects
- Ability to use SQL and understanding of relational databases.
