Job Summary
Aptive is seeking a Prosci certified change practitioner for a full-time Organizational Change Management position. This role will lead and conduct change management activities and initiatives in a large, matrixed organization, to include organizing and facilitating continuing education efforts and collaboration with healthcare and administrative personnel in a government setting.
Primary Responsibilities
- Performs tasks requiring the knowledge and skills for a multidisciplinary approach to managing change and transition within large, complex healthcare organizations, programs, and projects
- Tasks may include developing training content, change management plans adapted to customer need, communications associated with major initiatives, organizational transformation and culture change
- Complete change management assessments and change management strategies; identify and manage anticipated resistance; create actionable deliverables
- Support and engage senior leaders
- Integrate change management activities into project plan
- Evaluate and ensure user readiness; manage stakeholders; track and report issues; define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
- Perform routine and ad-hoc change management tactics to meet customer needs
- Assist in developing and conducting stakeholder analysis, impact analysis, and implementation planning, and provide input on the associated risks resulting from the change activities in the organization
Minimum Qualifications
- 10 years of organizational change management experience with the application of Prosci, preferably in a large/complex healthcare environment and government setting.
- Master’s degree
- Prosci Change Management Certification
- Understanding of Prosci® change practitioner training curriculum and best practices, preferably with practical healthcare experiences and examples in change management.
- Experience supporting large, complex federal agencies
- Strong customer presence - excellent communication (written and oral), presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak with diverse audiences with various knowledge levels
- Proficiency in MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
- Ability to interact and engage with Executive-level stakeholders
- Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
- Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and work well with others
- Capable self-starter with a drive to get all types of work done and high attention to detail

- Knowledge of military and Veteran populations
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate thoughts, ideas, and solutions logically both written and orally
- Ability to get up to speed quickly on complex issues; desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
- Prosci certified Train-the-Trainer
