Job Summary
Aptive Resources is seeking a full-time Junior Systems Analyst for a federal client. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience evaluating customer data sets, identifying trends, quantifying results and understanding correlations that can be used to recommend changes in investments, processes or engagements that improve future outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience working on data management tasks for health informatics and health IT efforts.
This is a full-time position that is remote, and is a contingent hire.
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform data collection, modeling, analysis and documentation.
- Organize and translate data into information for studies, reports and documentation.
- Prepare data for reporting and sharing with partners.
- Develop integrated dashboards with key performance indicators.
- Assist in preparation of reports, briefings and other deliverables.
- Maintain and improve data management activities across program.
- Define and apply the right business rules and data management principles for all applications or personalized communications.
Minimum Qualifications
- 4 years of professional experience supporting a large corporation or government agency, preferably a large Health Care organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics or a related field of study.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Desired Qualifications
- Proven experience developing data analysis strategies and leading analytics or business intelligence efforts.
- Experience using SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Excel, SQL, Azure, DAX, and Visual Basic for Applications.
- Capable self-starter with a drive to get all types of work done and high attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills.
