The Scoop: Aptum Technologies is looking for a full-time Application Analyst for our IT/Customer Service Management (ITSM/CSM) system. The position can be located in either Aptum’s Etobicoke, Atlanta, or Miami office and reports to the Manager of IT Business Systems.
As our ITSM/CSM Application Analyst, you will be responsible for ongoing ITSM/CSM system administration, support, maintenance and enhancements. You will provide quality and timely application support to end users, maintain users and teams, system configurations, forms, dashboards and reports. When necessary, you will engage with other IT experts, technical staff, and vendor/3rd parties to resolve issues or problems and monitor/maintain scheduled jobs and system performance.
You will work with business stakeholders and cross functional teams to develop, build and implement ITSM/CSM functionality based on a thorough understanding of their business needs. You will develop ITSM/CSM solutions through the usage of blueprints, creation and management of business objects and system automation.

Experience & Education:
- Completion of post-secondary studies in Computer Science or IT related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years experience administrating, supporting or maintaining a ITSM/CSM system, such as Cherwell, ServiceNow, Remedy, Zendesk, etc.
- Solid understanding of ITIL.
- Experience with T-SQL or writing query expressions/scripts.
- Experience with a report writer such as Crystal Reports or SSRS is a plus.
