Accounting Clerk

We are looking for an Accountant/bookkeeper that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential clients. Our ideal candidate is able to accept ownership of correcting number, solving client issues, requisition, and is excited about serving clients on a daily basis! Our company is small but mighty at around 50-55 team members with the Accounting team consisting of 2 team members you being the third.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from customers asking about our products and services
• Work on various QuickBooks projects
• Financing paperwork, contract drafting & monitor for approvals etc...
• Working in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable (collections)
• Data Entry
• Helps with client financing
• Calls for collections
• Reconcile credit card accounts in Ramp to match statement
• Build sustainable relationships with the clients and go the extra mile to solve their problems
• Consistently meet and exceed personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets
• Batching & Processing Payments and export from software to QuickBooks
• Upkeep Credit Card Charges & Receipts
• Field Questions from the team in regard to financing options, contracts & approvals

Requirements:

• Passion about Numbers and Processes
• Strong communication skills
• Motivated/Driven (does not need to me micromanaged & can work alone)
• A team player
• Can work well with others and is comfortable in a small office setting
• Ability to handle a variety of different personalities and customer service situations
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively
• Ability to learn on the fly

Preferred:

· Familiarity with QuickBooks, Microsoft applications, and Service Titan our Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM)

Salary: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour for first 90 days
