What you will do:
Are you a technically savvy, operations professional looking for meaningful work? If so, we have some goods news - Aqua is looking for an Operations Analyst to join our team. Due to an internal promotion, we are in need of someone to support our field operations teams across our 8 state footprint. The ultimate goal of this position is to keep the water flowing safely and reliably for our millions of customers. To do this you will:
- Develop strong working knowledge and expertise in the company's field management and dispatch application, work order management system, and supporting mobile platforms and provide application support to end users on related systems.
- Lead and develop training efforts for operations employees to support use of company's field management and dispatch application, work order management system, and supporting mobile platforms.
- Assist our senior leaders in refining programs while supporting daily workload distribution, adjusting as needed and handling schedules for personnel and customers.
- Work as a liaison between operations users and IT to review, analyze, and evaluate user needs and create systems solutions that support overall business strategies.
- Performs other assignments as required.
What you will have:
- Bachelor degree with 2-4 years of related experience.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office - particularly in Excel.
- Must have good communication, organization and customer service skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills are key!
- Must be willing to travel up to 25% of time including overnight trips.
