Job Description:
AquaDocs Pool & Spa is seeking a dedicated and reliable laborer to join our team. This role involves hands-on work in both pool construction and liner replacement projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the construction and installation of new pools, including excavation, framework, and finishing tasks.
- Support the replacement of pool liners, including preparation of the pool surface, removal of old liners, and installation of new liners.
- Handle and transport materials and equipment to job sites.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in construction or similar labor-intensive work is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to follow directions and procedures.
- Professional attitude and excellent work ethic.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- No weekends
Experience:
- Warehouse experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Waukesha, WI: Relocate before starting work (Required)
