We are currently seeking a remote, Project Manager with extensive experience in Voice CCaaS "Contact Center as a Service" migrations for our customer for a long-term contract. As we embark on a challenging project to migrate our existing CCaaS private cloud system to Cisco Contact Center as a Service (WxCCE), we are looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our team.
The Project Manager for CCaaS will play a pivotal role in overseeing the migration of our existing CCaaS private cloud system to Cisco's WxCCE platform. This is a waterfall project, and the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the client-side of the implementation and overall project management. The target completion date for this project is May 2024.
