Job Title : Data Capture Specialist
Location : Onsite in Mountain View, CA, at 700 and 800 Middlefield Road
Job Duration : 9 days, from Monday, April 29th to May 12th, 2024
Work Schedule :
- April 29th : 12 : 00 pm to 5 : 00 pm
- April 30th - May 12th : 9 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm (with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break)
- Arrive by 8 : 30 am for breakfast, which is provided
Overview : We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Data Capture Specialist r for a 9-day onsite assignment in Mountain View, CA.
You will be responsible for observing various office environments, including conference rooms and cubicles, and recording your observations on a provided tablet.
This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and significant walking between multiple office buildings.
Responsibilities :
- Walk around office environments and observe various areas, such as conference rooms and cubicles.
- Record accurate observations on a provided tablet.
- Ensure observations are done naturally, without disrupting the environment.
- Be polite and courteous while collecting data.
- Follow all provided training and instructions for data collection.
- Maintain a business-casual dress code and wear comfortable walking shoes.
- Navigate between buildings within a 4-minute walk.
Requirements :
- Must be available for the full 9-day assignment in Mountain View, CA.
- Comfortable with extensive walking and standing for long periods.
- Detail-oriented with strong observational skills.
- Ability to follow training and adhere to observation guidelines.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using tablets or similar devices.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a business-casual dress code and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Coachable and trainable.
Additional Information : Observation training will be provided. Breakfast and lunch are included, but lunch is unpaid. This position requires a high level of walking, so wearing comfortable shoes is recommended.
You must arrive by 8 : 30 am for breakfast. Candidates should have the ability to work collaboratively and maintain a professional attitude throughout the assignment.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $20.00 to $25.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
