Job Description:
Our large nonprofit in Washington, DC is in need of a Multimedia Producer for a long term role. This role can be totally Remote.
This position is part of Digital Engagement & Communications and is responsible for supporting the management of member benefits content in the email and digital channels (specifically for the company website and mobile app). Works on tasks, processes, and projects for managing, authoring, and tracking Member Benefits digital channel content. Provides support authoring landing pages, assisting with SEO efforts, and providing photo editing/digital asset management services. Serve as the lead support for authoring Member Benefits content in the Adobe Experience Management (AEM) Content Management System (CMS).
- Supports the team of Membership & Benefits Channel content stakeholders in managing the portfolio of 260 benefit offers promoted online, including but not limited to:
Major changes made to the Membership & Benefits Channel
“How to author content” descriptions and processes
Content data
Content management support tasks
o Request and author Spanish-translated member benefits content
- Utilizes AEM to create and publish Member Benefits digital content including landing pages, offer details pages and marketing landing pages
- Conducts weekly and monthly QA of the channel to ensure benefits content adheres to established quality and consumer experience standards
- Supports marketing of Member Benefits digital content in the following ways:
o Draft SEO copy
o Manage the request, implementation, communication, and documentation of tracking codes
- Web publishing, digital production, and project management
- Working with AEM and/or other content management platforms including familiarity with personalization
- Managing and publishing campaign tracking/analytics codes
- Experience with Photoshop or other photo editing tools (not required)
- Experience with agile project management tools including JIRA and Confluence
- Experience with a wide range of communication/collaboration tools including Slack and Microsoft Teams
- Ability to maintain clear process, workflow, guidelines, instructional documentation
- Proactive, thoughtful, self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
- Effectively communicate across business units and stakeholders
- Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative, matrixed environment
- Tolerance for ambiguity
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40 to $50 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. If applicable add additional language: Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match (if applicable)
