Public Policy Coordinator

*will sit onsite full time at MPK by July 2022 *

The role will be focused on the Community Access Program supporting direct engagement, data analysis, process management, administration, and ongoing design and development of Economic Opportunity initiatives reporting directly to Bell Jordan. Needs to have 8 YEO

Project Management & Scaled Operations

• Be a primary point of contact for the Community Access program initiatives with key stakeholders.
• Develop and coordinate projects to ensure consistent engagement with State Policy and Policy Programs, & Recruiting on key priorities
• Lead planning and execution of regional go-to market plans and projects that aim to improve our community engagement experience and deliver on our goals to create Economic Opportunities for local communities.
• Oversee day-to-day operational and tactical aspects for Community Access strategic projects and various EO Initiatives
• Process Management
• Build, design and deploy innovative program solution and, process/service delivery
• Develop/design processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness and ensure essential KPIs/goals are met
• Partner with teams across the company to build new processes and systems or fold into existing ones

Data Analysis & Research

• Developing new /maintaining data reporting and dashboards for Community Access Program and EO initiatives:
• Track and analyze key operational metrics to deeply understand the support ecosystem and determine where to focus optimization efforts
• Research, plan, and own community re -engagement: once someone becomes Community Access attendee/member of our programs, develop strategies and ways to further engage with Metav broader programs and offerings workforce development and business.
• explore and recommend emerging technologies and techniques to support/enhance the reporting landscape along the way.

EVENTS
Manage and Coordinate strategy and process to engage with community partners across key regional sites for Community Access program events

Extra CWAM insight:

• Can be flexible over all while supporting the manager and the projects she is running and help run initiatives.
