- Develop and scale our existing design systems to adapt to changing needs, focusing on usability, accessibility, and modularity.
- Implement and iterate on user interface designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring that all features are responsive and optimized across devices.
- Participate in the design and development of digital products from concept to completion, employing UX principles and coding skills to ensure top-notch quality and functionality.
- Serve as a technical liaison among the development, design, and product management teams, facilitating effective communication and collaborative problem-solving.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and inform design decisions, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of user experience.
- Mentor team members in both design and development domains, promoting continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
- Share knowledge and insights on design and development trends through internal presentations, workshops, and other knowledge-sharing platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field, supplemented by significant practical experience.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in UX design and front-end development, with a proven track record of successful interface design and system implementation.
- Deep proficiency in front-end technologies including CSS, HTML, and JavaScript, with experience in responsive and adaptive design.
- Strong skills in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-disciplinary team, within an agile development environment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex design concepts and strategies across different audiences.
- Experience in mobile and web development platforms, with a keen understanding of the nuances involved in designing for various devices.
