2. Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 10 years of direct marketing experience, with a strong focus on retail and e-
commerce industries.
- Proven track record of success in a leadership role within a direct marketing agency or similar
environment.
- Extensive knowledge of direct mail, email marketing, digital marketing, and other relevant
channels and tactics.
