Job Location: 2625 S. Washburn Street, Oshkosh, WI 54904

Job Description: Management of all Financial Responsibilities

Compensation: Salary Position with Competitive Benefits; Health, Dental, Vision, Accident/Disability, Life insurance (100% premiums paid by employer), 401k Plan (up to 3% Company Match), Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, YMCA Membership, Discounted Building Materials, Apparel/Vehicle/Tools/Phone and Training at no employee cost.

Salary: $50k per year based on experience

Hours:M-F 8:00am – 4:30pm

Experience: Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Accounting and Two Years of Bookkeeping/Accounting Experience Required. Customer Service Experience Preferred.

Key responsibilities and tasks:
  • Various Bookkeeping Duties via QuickBooks Pro
  • Prepare Information for Financial/Insurance Audits.
  • Processes State & Federal Reports, Deposits and Annual Filings.
  • Participate in Meetings, Workshops and Seminars
  • Assists Office Staff with Various Duties
  • Reviews All Financial Reporting/Documenting
  • Perform Other Duties as Assigned
