We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Retail Stock Associates.
As a Retail Stock Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization and efficiency of our stockroom and sales floor. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, processing, and organizing inventory, as well as assisting customers as needed. You will work closely with your team to ensure that our merchandise is well-displayed and readily available for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and unpack items and verify inventory against purchase orders.
- Organize and maintain stockroom and sales floor in an orderly manner.
- Stock shelves and display areas to ensure merchandise is fully stocked and properly presented.
- Assist with inventory control and management.
- Help customers find products and provide exceptional service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Work collaboratively with team members to identify and resolve any stock-related issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and help with loss prevention efforts.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or stock experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
