Remote Full-Time Administrative Coordinator

AR James Media is looking for a full-time Administrative Coordinator to join our team of outdoor advertising professionals. AR James Media is a premier out of home advertising company in New York and New Jersey specializing in Junior Billboards and Bus Shelters. The tri-state area is an extremely competitive outdoor advertising market, and this is a fantastic opportunity for a sharp individual who is eager to learn and grow both personally and professionally. This position is an associate level position that will provide an opportunity for the right individual to gain broad exposure to distinct roles and responsibilities within the company. 3 years’ experience in a sales environment. No entry level applicants.

Administrative Coordinator Responsibilities:

· Assist Sales and Operations Manager with inventory management, proposals, market research, and data analysis.

· Collaborate with Digital Content team to create effective digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.

· Ability to complete projects in a timely manner.

· Generate new business through prospecting and research.

· Administrative Coordinator office responsibilities include full office support and other advanced responsibilities.

Qualifications:

· Must have great verbal and written communication skills.

· Client service experience.

· Motivated initiative-taker with the ability to work on and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.

· Must be detailed-oriented in your ability to help Senior Sales associates follow the sales cycle through from Prospecting to Delivering.

· Must be knowledgeable in Digital Marketing practices: SEO, SEM, WordPress, and Google Ads.

· Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

· Bachelor’s Degree.

· Reside in New Jersey.

· Ability to perform assigned tasks in a fully remote environment.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
