Revenue Cycle Clerk

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Cycle Clerkto join our team. As a Revenue Cycle Clerk, you will play a crucial role in providing clerical support and assisting with internal audits to include performing research, collection of data, data entry, charge capture, and producing reports of findings to the Revenue Cycle Team.

Duties:

-Responsible for doing research, collecting data, compiling data, creating spreadsheets and summary reports while performing assigned internal audits as directed by the Revenue Cycle Team.

-Responsible for providing clerical support to the Revenue Cycle Team to include filing, answering/returning phone calls, taking messages, typing correspondence, copying materials, etc.

-Works on special projects as directed by the Revenue Cycle Team

Skills:
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-Knowledge and previous experience of medical billing processes.
-Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with little supervision.
-Must possess analytical skills
-Must be detail oriented and organized
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Must possess the ability to work within set deadlines
-Strong PC and data entry skills to include proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
