Overview: This position is responsible for creating reports, insights and analytics in support of the Sales organization; creating specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs; producing datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools; assisting in analyzing data related to Sales’ strategic initiatives; and continuously gaining a deeper understanding of Sales data in order to meet business needs; analyzing complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Produce data sets and reports for sales compensation and productivity analysis using Excel or other reporting tools.
- Create and manage analytical tools, dashboards, and processes to ensure that data is consistently collected and executed.
- Prepare standard and ad hoc analyses and reporting using various sources of data
- Verify accuracy of reports and provide insights.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, both independently and as part of a team to accomplish goals.
- Learn needed skills by performing assigned work.
- Prepare Month-end management reporting for key metrics
- Liaise with management, peers and business partners on reporting requirements
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Strong computer skills with Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, with an intermediate to advanced skill level in MS Excel including Macros, V-Look-Ups, Pivot Tables, and Templates
- Experience in related CRM technologies such as Salesforce.com
- Strong customer service skills and collaboration with internal and external business partners
- Good public speaking and presentation skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills

Experience/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance and/or Accounting preferred and/or years of experience
- 1-3 years prior experience required
