Job title: Document Controller

Team – Logistics
Job Purpose
The Document Controller, reporting to the Control Tower Supervisor, undertakes various functions related to document control, document archiving, document imaging, and maintenance of document register. Responsible for entering data accurately and efficiently.
Key Accountabilities
Typical Duties Included Are, But Not Limited To
· Receives and registers Client provided document
· Controls issuance of document numbers, including maintenance of proper document registers
· Ensures proper document classification, sorting, filing, and proper archiving.
· Reviews completeness of documentation and prepares document transmittals.
· Performs file backup to ensure proper storage and archiving of electronic registers.
· Responsible for performing journey-level data entry work, entering, updating, researching, verifying, and/or retrieving data into/from various systems, and ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of information recorded.
· Prints and reviews data entered
· Runs and uploads reports in the system.
· Organize, prioritize, and perform multiple tasks to complete job functions in an orderly, efficient manner.
· Research errors in documents to ensure reports are run correctly.
· Understand written and verbal instructions to complete assigned tasks accurately.
· Perform detailed work with a high degree of accuracy.
· Work independently with minimal supervision.
· Enter data accurately and efficiently.
· Communicate effectively orally and in writing

Basic/ Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in business or related fields
