The Role
We're seeking a Financial Analyst who will partner with the global organization to develop and track annual budgets, contribute to quarterly board reporting, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision making. Reporting directly to the Director of FP&A. This is a high-impact role that will offer substantial senior leadership exposure and the opportunity to impact strategic decision making in a hyper-growth environment at scale
Duties
*
• Support all financial planning and forecasting across the P&L
*
• Develop and maintain financial models for analysis
*
• Build dashboards and reporting tools in BI and EPM platforms
*
• Work collaboratively with budget owners to understand investment strategies
*
• Manage analytics and reporting against budget and forecast scenarios
*
• Develop sustainable and rigorous processes for ongoing financial reporting and review
*
• In depth analysis of company performance, including identifying key KPI's and SaaS metrics
*
• Contribute to Monthly and Quarterly Board Reporting
*
• Ad hoc projects with FP&A team
What you need
*
• Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or similar
*
• Expert Excel skills such as nested logic functions, lookups, and Index/Match
*
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
*
• Acute eye for detail and high working standards
*
• Entrepreneurial or start-up mentality
What we'd like to see
* Experience or interest in a SaaS business
* PE or VC backed business experience or passion
* Passion for technology and working in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with BI platform such as Tableau, PowerBI, or others
