We are looking for an entry level full-time Administrative Assistant II to join our rapidly growing team!

Candidate must possess the following:

· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

· Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers and copiers)

· Professional attitude and appearance

· Solid written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

· Excellent organizational skills

· Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks with short notice due to fast paced environment

· Flexible and dependable

· Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required

· Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative/Executive Assistant preferred

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

· Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

· Ensure reception and office area is tidy and presentable

· Complete the daily filing as needed by various departments

· Assist with mailing out checks

· Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

· Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/ deliveries

· Assist to order office supplies and keep inventory of stock

· Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing

· Assist with setting up catered lunch on Fridays and company events

· Keeping track of employee birthday celebrations

· Assist various teams with miscellaneous items

· Assist Office Manager and Executive Team as needed

· Run errands as needed

· Perform other related duties as assigned

This is a faced paced environment and you will be moving all around the office. The ideal candidate will demonstrate organizational, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills, and demonstrate a high level of personal initiative without constant supervision.
