(External) What You'll Be Doing:
- BA/BS in Business Management, Operations Management or related field or equivalent experience
- 5 years line experience in warehousing, transportation, supply chain management, inventory control, or materials management
- Previous experience in process improvement methodology and root-cause analysis.
- Inventory control managing to 99.9 % inventory accuracy at the bin location level and working with various units of measure.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Working knowledge of operations, warehouse management, and transportation management.
- Familiar with Operations and their interdependency, including flow of materials and flow of information
- Spanish Bilingual preferred

(External) What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage the receiving, shipping, handling, distribution, and storage of all freight, product, and supplies that moves in and out of Distribution Centers.
- Ensure all production orders are shipped in a timely manner and accurate manner in adherence to delivery schedules.
- Maintain strict control over inventory levels in order to meet internal and external demand of product.
- Plan warehouse layout and space requirements in order to prevent loss or damage, and to achieve full warehouse optimization.
- Manage an annual budget or capital investment plan for warehousing.
- Develop and / or enforce corporate policies regarding security and safety in order to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain appropriate and complete documentation regarding regulated products and/or hazardous materials.
- Supervise a team of warehouse employees, including hiring, delegation, training, performance evaluation, disciplinary actions, and termination.

Conduct periodic spot-checks of inventory levels, supplies, or equipment.
- Assess the need for, and arrange the purchase of, power equipment such as: forklifts, etc.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies between inventory records.
- Implement and monitor performance metrics for all warehouse activities in accordance with LMS.
- Supervise facility design, improvements, and contracts.
- Manage handling of Dangerous Goods in accordance with DOT requirements.
