Investor Reporting Specialist I

The Investor Reporting Specialist will be responsible for the timely remittance of capital and transmission of report data in compliance with contractual investor requirements. Will work on other related projects and tasks as needed.

Essential Job Functions (Duties/Responsibilities)

The Investor Reporting Specialist will have the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Identification and scheduling of requisite remittance and reporting dates as specified within Investor guides and communications
• Interact with Investor systems for purposes of reporting and electronic notification delivery set up
• Monitor daily loan purchases and compare to funding advice for accuracy
• Accurate posting of various transactions and disbursements
• Calculation of advance for remittance purposes on loans for which payment is outstanding
• Accurate and timely remittance of capital and reporting to investors
• Reconcile remittance of capital through system of record and Investor reporting review
• Process loan settlements from Arbor warehouse into applicable investor within system of record
• System entry for repetitive wire processing
• Quarterly certification of tax, insurance and UCC
• Quarterly securitization reporting

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent work experience preferred.

Experience: 3 experience in commercial real estate mortgage servicing, accounting, or finance

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Possess an understanding of commercial loan terminology, general real estate principles, and accounting
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines

Travel: None

Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. offers a competitive base salary and discretionary bonus. The starting base salary range for this position is $55,000 to $60,000. The specific compensation that will be offered is based on an understanding of the hired candidates' qualifications at the time of hire. Employees are eligible for a discretionary bonus based on employee work performance reviewed during the course of the year. The total compensation package for this position will also include other elements, a full range of medical, and/or other benefits including 401(k) eligibility and paid time off benefits.
