- Your excellent organizational skills help manage our team’s work schedules for employees to make sure that the required/appropriate number of personnel or staff are on duty in every given work period/shift.
- You communicate with empathy and understanding to your fellow team members.
- You are reliable and use excellent negotiation and time management skills to fill open positions on the schedule.
- You take responsibility for leave requests from employees and general work timekeeping (scheduling)
You’ll be great on this team because you have:
- Vaccination against COVID-19 (or willingness to get it)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associates degree
preferred
- Flexibility with work schedule and take after hour calls
- Display kindness, be approachable and be open to
providing scheduling accommodations based on business conditions
- Previous experience as a CNA, human resources, and/or staffing coordinator is desired
