RB American Group LLC is a franchisee of Arby’s. RB American Group LLC is built on a decentralized business model, which means that each geographic area is led by a Director of Operations. Reporting to the Director of Operations are Area Directors, who are multiple unit operators, responsible for the overall functions of the restaurants in their areas. Reporting to the Area Directors is the General Managers, who are the chief Restaurant managers responsible for the overall running of their restaurant. Aiding in the management of the Restaurant are Assistant Managers and Shift managers help with every-day management responsibilities to round out the restaurant leadership team.
Position Description
The Customer Service Representative & Front Desk Representative is responsible for customer service contact and front office support. These responsibilities include but are not limited to customer communications & follow up, shipping, receiving and general office duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Receptionist at front desk to receive mail, packages, and direct visitors.
- Review and respond to customer via phone and email
- Mail customer coupons on a weekly basis
- Perform related clerical duties to include scanning, typing, filing and distribution of outgoing packages.
- Provide administrative support to office team as needed
- Ensure that all back up documents necessary for accounting are scanned to corporate office daily
- Prepare shipping labels and ensure FedEx and UPS pickups and deliveries
- Maintains and purchases office supplies for the office
- Ensure conference rooms and office areas are organized and maintained.
- Ensures that a professional image is maintained through all communications both internally and externally.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word and Power Point
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent customer relation skills required
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people
- Dependable, reliable attendance is required
- Must be able to multi-task with accuracy
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree or at least 2 years of customer service and office experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Pay range is $17-$19 per hour depending on education and experience.
