Manager

```Overview:```
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment and ensuring exceptional customer service. ```Duties:```
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment
- Oversee food production and ensure high-quality standards are met
- Train and develop staff members to provide excellent service and uphold company policies
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Create employee schedules and manage labor costs effectively
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain stock levels
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials

```Experience:```
- Previous experience in food service management or hospitality management is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in shift management and scheduling is preferred
- Proficient in kitchen management and food production
