```Experience:```
- Previous experience in restaurant management is required
- Knowledge of POS system/Touch screen register
- Strong understanding of food service management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations
