Junior SharePoint Content Web Developers work with government stakeholders to define user requirements and drive operational use of SharePoint to support justice grants programs. They lead and support SharePoint projects; publishing, creating, editing, and maintaining performance measures libraries and webpages. They have 2 years of experience creating SharePoint sites and content. They are collaborative and work well on teams.
Hybrid Work Environment: Arc Aspicio is currently operating in a hybrid work environment where employees work at client sites, the Arc Aspicio DC office, and remotely. Candidates must live in the Washington, DC area on their start date, ready to work with their team.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of the performance management SharePoint site, including publishing, creating, editing, and adding performance management webpages
- Collaborate in the development of data visualizations and performance dashboards
- Collaborate in the design of dashboards and testing of new SharePoint pages before going "live"
- Maintain libraries including archived and outdated files, hosting images and videos, and creating workflows to automate processes on an internal SharePoint
- Support workstreams, lead and support deliverables, and promote continuous improvement
- Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures regarding document storage, sharing, transmission, and destruction
- Evaluate existing document management systems and procedures to determine current effectiveness and efficiency; identifies and recommends improvements
- Perform quality control/testing and provide feedback on the functioning of web features in displaying content
- Support consulting projects in a dynamic environment, collaborating with team members and clients on fast-paced projects and provides outstanding deliverables
- Apply business analysis, process improvement, data analysis, and communications skills to quickly identify problems, analyze challenges, and recommend solutions to our team and our clients
- Develop consulting skills and help grow the company outside of your project by participating in new business and strategic initiatives
- Contribute towards our learning culture, where people put team, client, and company interest ahead of their own, by demonstrating interest in supervising and supporting the growth of others

Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in developing digital content and managing digital documents, preferably with Government clients
- Experience working with Sharepoint content types and document libraries and troubleshooting SharePoint issues
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively remotely and in-person
- Technologically savvy, especially with Microsoft products and use of collaboration tools
- Desire to join a consulting firm and learn business concepts; loves to collaborate and reach out to get involved in company events, offerings, and special projects
- Clearance: US Citizenship only (no dual citizenship) / ability to obtain a security clearance
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Critical Skills: Strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, resilience, flexibility, learning-oriented, excited to engage
