Case Manager
Our Mission: Since 1976, ARC has been empowering women to reclaim their lives and improve the welfare of their children and families.
Our Team: ARC Fond du Lac is an innovative 16-bed residential treatment program. The program uses an integrated, multi-disciplinary, family-focused, strengths-based approach to comprehensive case management and treatment services that are gender and culturally competent to meet the needs of women and their families affected by substance use disorders.
Responsibilities of a Case Manager:
- Provide Case Management to assigned clients
- Facilitate psychoeducational groups
- Prepare and implement comprehensive treatment plans with clients
- Prepare Discharge Reports
- Meet with Medical Director to review resident treatment plans, diagnosis, and medication
- Maintain a safe, empowering environment for residents
- Must be passionate about working with women!
Qualifications as a Case Manager:
- BSW or BA in a related field required, Advanced degree in a related field is desirable
Our Benefits:
- 15 days of paid vacation, 2 weeks paid sick time and 12 paid holidays the 1styear
- Weekly clinical supervision for substance use, LCSW, or LPC licensure
- Paid training toward Continued Education Requirements

Starting salary will be $45,000 based on your education and on-the-job experience.
