Location: Southeast Psych - Charlotte
Southeast Psych is committed to helping transform lives by providing exceptional mental health services. We are a private group practice with offices in two states, and we are currently expanding our Charlotte, NC team. Our Charlotte offices are in Southpark and Ballantyne.
Southeast Psych, an ARC Health Partner, is seeking licensed mental health professionals to join our private group practice. Our collaborative team focuses on developing innovative mental health strategies and is dedicated to transforming lives through exceptional care. We are actively recruiting licensed psychologists with a passion for serving clients of all ages. Specifically, we are interested in psychologists experienced in working with adolescents and young adults, especially those with expertise in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) or treating disordered eating.

Job Summary
A Psychologist plays a crucial role in providing high-quality mental health services to patients. The Psychologist is responsible for conducting assessments, providing therapy, and developing treatment plans to support patients in their mental and emotional well-being. This role contributes to the overall success of our facility in delivering comprehensive mental health care.

We are especially looking for psychologists who enjoy working with adolescents or young adults and are trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) or have experience treating disordered eating.

As part of our clinical team, you would:
- Provide therapy and assessment services in a private, outpatient, group practice
- Develop a personal brand and defined niche for clients
- Have the chance to build strong relationships with potential referral sources and develop a thriving referral network
- Work with the team to promote mental health awareness in our community
- Be part of imagining what could be and collaborating to launch innovative mental health initiatives
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $112.00 - $140.00 per hour
Expected hours: 22 – 25 per week

Requirements
Education:
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in psychology from an accredited institution required.
Certifications:
- State licensure as a psychologist required.
- Specialized certifications or training in relevant therapy modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR) are a plus.
Experience:
- Clinical experience as a licensed psychologist, preferably in a mental health or healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with a wide range of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.
Salary : $112 - $140
